How it works

From OTM to driver to OTM — fully automated

Delivio sits between your TMS and your drivers. Orders flow in, status events flow back. Your operations team does nothing manually.

OTM sends the order
When a driver is assigned, OTM passes the order to Delivio via your MFT server — order ID, delivery address and driver mobile number. Your iBroker handles the mapping.
Driver receives an SMS
The driver gets a text message with a unique secure link. One tap opens the delivery portal in their phone browser. No app download, no account, no password.
Driver submits the event
The driver selects what happened — delivered, refused, damaged or not home — takes a POD photo and hits submit. GPS coordinates are captured automatically in the background.
OTM is updated instantly
Delivio uploads the status event JSON and POD document to your MFT server immediately. OTM reflects the real world within seconds of the driver hitting submit.
